  • Amy Terry

    Amy Terry is the granddaughter of Paul & Helen Meyer and the niece of Pauline Meyer, and she assisted her aunt and grandparents actualize the vision of Paul E. & Helen S. Meyer Foundation. She started her journey as Secretary at its conception in 1994 and has worked her way up to be the sitting President since 1999. Amy considers her work with her family's foundation as rewarding and a true blessing to help college students achieve their dreams.

    Among Amy's philanthropic accomplishments, she also founded WHY Ranch in 2007 which assisted over 1000 families with socially challenged youth gain self-esteem and confidence through interacting with rescued horses and compassionate staff.

    After 28 years in philanthropy, Amy has become a pet health advocate, holistic healer public speaker, non-profit coach, mentor, blogger and home chef.

  • Rebecca Mankiller

    Rebecca Mankiller, CNM, CFRE started her nonprofit career as Board member of the Paul E. & Helen S. Meyer Foundation, and helped to found White Horse Youth Ranch in 2005. She has taken on the Executive Director positions in both organizations ensuring the highest level of performance standards.

    Rebecca earned her Certificate in Nonprofit Management (CNM) from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2016, and was awarded the international designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) that same year. She enjoys and specializes in grant research and application writing, with focus on government grant acquisition.

    Rebecca is currently pursuing a degree in Forensic Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.

    She is also in the first-draft stage of a book for leaders of new nonprofit organizations called Crash Test Nonprofit: We Crashed Hard So You Don’t Have To.

    While her experiences and interests may look pretty scattered in a Bio section, they prove that all things work together for a higher purpose and the glory of God.

  • Laurie Howard-Malm

    Laurie Howard-Malm has been the Vice-President of The Paul E. & Helen S. Meyer Foundation since 1994-Present. Her main focus has been on educating special needs youth since 1975 to present. Her passion since 1975 has been secondary education and special education followed by Resource Specialist training from SDSU & UCSD. Laurie then completed her M. Ed in Postsecondary education and M. Ed. UNLV Administration over the next nine years and completed in 1994.

    Since 1994, she has served as VP for The Paul E. & Helen S. Meyer Foundation (The Meyer Foundation) in support of Amy Meyer-Terry's philanthropic visions. The Meyer Foundation has made positive impacts in the Las Vegas community through individuals seeking postsecondary educational scholarships.

    Before serving the Meyer Foundation, Laurie had dedicated her life to educating socially-challenged youth transition into the world of employment, vocational or postsecondary education in order to fulfill their utmost desires. She continues to support socially-challenged youth through opportunities to actualize their dreams to live a full and productive life through the Paul E. & Helen S. Meyer Foundation Scholarship.
